Do you ship worldwide?

Yes, we do ship worldwide. Rates are based on weight and size of package. 

For express options please message us prior to making a purchase. 

How soon will I receive my order?

Current turnaround time to create your item is 5-9 business days.

Once your order is ready, it will be shipped via standard delivery with Canada Post or UPS. You will receive an email confirming that the item has been shipped and that it's on its way to you. You can track your shipment using the provided tracking number from your email.

Deliver Times:

North America 3 -6 business days

Europe 1 - 3 weeks

Australia, Asia, South America 2 - 4 weeks 

If you need your item for a specific date, please make a note in the cart area when purchasing your item. We will do our best to meet your specified date. 

Expedited or Express shipping options are also possible for additional cost. Please contact us to obtain a quote.

Exchanges are honored within 14 days of delivery or pick up. Product must be in resealable, clean condition. Customer is responsible for shipping costs of the return and the new product.

Exchanges are honored for color or size changes only. Please note we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee for exchanges of mixed color bumpers that have unusual color combinations. 

Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges - they are final sale.

Do you make custom orders?

Yes, we can work with you to create a unique knot pillow or bumper just for you. Whether it is a much bigger size you are looking for or a special fabric, we will do our best to create a one of a kind pillow and bring your vision to life. Please contact us via email or phone to discuss details. 

Custom Orders may have a longer turnaround time depending on fabric availability and the style of the pillow your are looking for.
